These input fields have been completely removed from the guest/non-member registration forms. You can now complete your registration quickly without filling out this irrelevant information.

Entering your birthday during member registration is no longer mandatory. We have updated the system settings so that providing your birth date is entirely optional.

You may choose to fill in this field if you wish to share it for member profile records, or simply skip it to complete your registration faster.

Our registration system operates on the Wild Apricot (WA) platform, which features a strict, automated security mechanism designed for risk management and data protection.

If the system detects 15 minutes of inactivity or delayed progress, it automatically logs out to safeguard your sensitive information. When this occurs, your application is safely placed on a pending status so your spot isn't immediately lost.

A cancellation notice following an invoice typically happens due to one of two common reasons:

• Session Timeout: The 15-minute security limit lapsed before payment authorization was fully processed.
• Payment Authorization Issue: The credit card or payment method provided was declined by the bank or card issuer.

How to resolve this: You can easily restart your registration. Please ensure you use the exact same email address you used during your initial attempt. The system will recognize your details and allow you to proceed to checkout.

We are excited to celebrate your landmark anniversary with you! To guarantee your attendance at the Gala Night and ensure your medal is prepared, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Membership Status: You must be an active USTNAI member in good standing.
• Registration Details: When filling out the registration form, please clearly state your maiden name, married last name (if applicable), and your exact year of graduation.
• Strict Deadline: You must register on or before August 15, 2026. Registering prior to this date ensures we have adequate time to personalize and secure your medal.

Guests and spouses must be registered separately through their own registration transaction.

First, complete and pay for your primary member registration. Once your registration is finalized, initiate a new registration session for your guest or spouse and sign them up under the Non-Member category.

Correction steps depend on the type of error made:

• Personal Details / Contact Info: You can edit your personal information immediately by logging into your profile and updating your account details.
• Event or Paid Option Mistakes: If the error involves an event selection or paid item, please contact our Registration Support Administrators directly so they can manually update your record:

Managing your account login credentials is simple:

• To Change Your Password: Click on the "Change Password" link located right next to the LOGIN button on the website header.
• To Change Your Email Address: Log in and navigate to your Membership Profile. Edit your email address field and click save. Going forward, use your newly saved email address alongside your password to log in.
