• EVENT REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN FULL ROOM CAPACITY IS REACHED. Organizers have first right to deny registration once full capacity is reached in any of the events.
• REGISTRATION FOR ALL EVENTS WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 pm ET of September 15, 2025, Monday. There is NO REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR.
• Attention Jubilarians: To receive your Jubilarian medals, you must complete your mail-in registration by July 15, 2025. This allows enough time for the University to send the medals our way. It's important to note that you must register and attend all events, or the Gala Night, to receive your medal or cord. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule. You will receive the University medals if you graduated in the Classes of 2005, 2000, 1995, 1990, 1985, 1980, 1975, 1970, or earlier. If you graduated in the Classes of 2020, 2015, or 2010, you'll receive the Jubilarian Cord. If you have already received your medals for any reason, kindly bring them with you to the Gala Night.
